Lori began her career in finance working for  General Motors Acceptance Corporation.  While working at GM, she also attended night school to earn her MBA with an emphasis in Business Mgmt.  In 1996, Lori along with a business partner started their own company called “On the Juice”.  Their company brought the concept of “meal in a cup” smoothies to Hawaii.  Over the span of three years, their company grew from one location to three. 


In 2005, with On the Juice sold, Lori and her husband Jeff decided to make the move to Issaquah Washington.  She joined the team at PRFG as the business Operations Manager in 2006.  Lori was promoted in 2009 to Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial procedures and reporting.  Lori also serves on the company's board of directors. 


Born and raised in Hawaii, she is active in the Hawaiian community.  Lori supports a foundation that serves underprivileged youth by providing free hula lessons and educational tutoring.  Jeff and Lori have 3 daughters.  Each year the family looks forward to their annual trip home to Honolulu. 

NATHAN O'CONNOR, Investment Representative

Nathan has over 11 years of experience in financial services. He attended the University of Washington and graduated from Western Washington University with a Business degree with a concentration in Finance. Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management in 2005, Nathan spent a number of years working on a Trading Desk for Bank of America Securities. He is securities registered, holding Series 7, and Series 65 registrations. Nathan would be pleased to answer any questions you have regarding your accounts, place trades or provide investment research.

Nathan was transplanted to the Pacific Northwest at the age of five when his parents, two younger sisters and uncle moved to Renton from Evansville, Indiana. He grew up in Renton, attending Benson Hill Elementary and Lindbergh High School. Nathan has long ties with the Renton community after working for the City of Renton for over eight summers during high school and college. He continues to spend a lot of time in Renton, visiting his parents who still live in the home he grew up in and volunteering for the city.

Nathan currently lives in Seattle and enjoys walking to Century Link and Safeco Field for Seahawks and Mariners games.

KELLY McKAY, CRPS®, Client Relationship Manager

Kelly joins McKay Wealth Management as Relationship Manager for the Retirement Plan Division and brings a wealth of knowledge in the ERISA-based retirement plan space. Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management, Kelly spent several years working for a retirement plan consulting firm where she worked with large corporate retirement plans throughout the country and provided clients with plan design assistance, investment selection and customized participant communication and education.

Kelly earned a Bachelor's of Finance degree from University of Washington and holds the FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations, along with her Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Residing in the Ballard neighborhood, Kelly is a "foodie" who enjoys sailing, hiking, hot yoga and of course, our Seattle sports (Go Hawks)! She is also an Advisory Board Member for the Seattle Public School's Academy of Finance, a National program that helps promote academic excellence and real world experience for qualified high school students.

NORMA DRYSDALE, Business Development & Client Services

A native of Tukwila, Norma joined the team in 1999.  After 20+  years in air freight logistics, she made the change  the financial field looking for a career that suited her desire to work in a firm with personal and community values.   Her responsibilities include business development, client services and business operations.   She is the first person to greet you as you come to our offices and can direct you to the appropriate person for any of your financial needs or questions.  

Norma and her husband Torry are residents of the Glen Acres Golf and Country Club in North Burien, where they try to fit in as many rounds of golf as they can.   Beyond golfing they are always willing to try new recipes as they entertain friends and family.  Norma and Torry are the proud pet parents of their rambunctious Tabby Cat, Ricco.

Norma supports and volunteers for the Highline Medical Center Foundation and the Tukwila Food Pantry.  She also is annual participant in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure here in Seattle.

TONY DELORENZO, Client Service Associate

Tony has over 24 years experience in banking and investments beginning his career in consumer finance at Puget Sound Bank where he completed the management training program.  After leaving Puget Sound Bank, Tony managed the Western Washington regional call center for Key Bank.  In 2000, Tony transitioned to Russell Investments to pursue a career in his favorite hobby, personal investments.

At Russell, Tony supervised the Transfer Agent Support team and handled exceptions processing for the broker dealers and adviser clients.  In 2007, Tony obtained his Series 7 and 63 registrations in order to assist Russell employees with their personal investments accounts.  Tony left Russell shortly after their relocation to Seattle and is now doing what he loves: helping people to improve their financial security as Client Service Associate with our firm.      

Tony was born in Fircrest and has lived in University Place for 21 years, just a golf club's swing down the first fairway from his childhood home.  He attended both Bellarmine Prep and Western Washington University where he studied business management.  He is active in University Place Kiwanis (albeit not a member yet) assisting his wife Deborah who is the longstanding Treasurer. Tony and Deborah are the proud parents of a brother and sister shih-tzu/pekinese mix, Ben and Mandy. 

DONA CULVER, Executive Assistant

Dona joined McKay Wealth Management December 2012 with 15 years experience in financial services:  12 years in the marketing department of an independent broker-dealer, and 3 years working with an independent P & C and life insurance agent.

Dona enjoys experiencing the local culture, a member of the Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Opera season ticket holder, listening to live jazz and served as an ambassador volunteer during the recent King Tut exhibit at the Pacific Science Center.  She enjoys traveling to Europe, Hawaii and Caribbean cruises.  Dona has been an avid Seahawk fan since 1976.

Dona resides in Burien with her sheltie, Hamish, and cat, Lilith.
